These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Krastie AI platform (the "Service") operated by Anchorpenewersoft LLC ("we", "us", or "our").

Krastie AI provides software tools that use artificial intelligence to assist with content generation and related tasks.

Accounts

• be responsible for activity that occurs under your account

Automated Access and Bot Activity

Accounts created or accessed through automated bots, scripts, or automated mechanisms that generate spam registrations, fraudulent activity, or excessive infrastructure load may be suspended or permanently banned.
We reserve the right to deploy automated defenses such as CAPTCHA systems, rate limits, IP blocking, or other anti-abuse protections.
Fraud and Abuse
We actively monitor the Service for signs of fraud, abuse, or malicious activity.
If we determine that an account is involved in fraudulent behavior, payment abuse, platform manipulation, or attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities, we may immediately suspend or terminate the account without prior notice.
We may also block associated email addresses, IP addresses, payment methods, or other identifiers linked to abusive activity.
Subscriptions and Billing
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fees to your payment method.
Pricing, billing intervals, and subscription features may change from time to time.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider, you agree to contact us to attempt to resolve the issue.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated for a valid subscription payment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the associated account.
Accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be permanently banned from the Service.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, branding, design, and infrastructure, is owned by Anchorpenewersoft LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
Users retain ownership of the content they submit to the Service.
By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
AI Generated Content
The Service may generate content using artificial intelligence systems.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them.
We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or reliability of generated outputs.
User Content Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the content they submit to or generate using the Service.

We do not review or endorse all content generated through the Service. The responsibility for how generated content is used rests entirely with the user.
If we become aware that the Service is being used to produce or distribute unlawful or harmful content, we reserve the right to remove the content and suspend or terminate the associated account without notice.
Third-Party AI and Infrastructure Services
The Service may rely on third-party infrastructure and artificial intelligence providers to operate certain features.
These providers may include hosting services, artificial intelligence model providers, payment processors, and other technology partners.
Because these services are operated by independent third parties, we do not control their availability, reliability, or performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anchorpenewersoft LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the Service during the previous 12 months.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
