Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can downgrade your subscription anytime by going to the Stripe billing portal link provided in the user account menu.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and/or debit cards along with Apple and Google pay. We also accept payments with Link.

Can I get a free trial?

Although we don't currently offer free trials, our free plan should be more than enough to decide.

Is my data secure?

How often is usage reset?

If you are on a free plan, the usage doesnt reset. Otherwise, usage resets every month typically on the first day of the month. For other types of usage such as number of team members, that never resets.

What AI models does Krastie AI use?

Krastie AI uses a multi-model approach, meaning you can switch between AI models from the likes of Anthropic, Open AI, and more.

Do you use word based pricing?

Unlike many competitors, Krastie AI does not use word based pricing, meaning that each AI request will count towards your usage only once. Although still not perfect, as all models will still count against your usage the same amount including cheaper ones, at the same time we wanted to make our pricing as straight-forward as possible.

Does Krastie AI offer API access?

Krastie AI offers a webhook integration, which should be more than enough for most use cases. For more complex use cases, our enterprise plan should be a great fit, which we can customize for you.
