Krastie AI is committed to delivering a reliable and high-quality product experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the original payment date.

Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Requests are submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase
• The request applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans
• Fraudulent or unauthorized charges are reported (these are eligible for a refund at any time)

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• Requests made after the 7-day refund window (excluding verified fraudulent charges)
• Temporary service interruptions, maintenance periods, or software bugs
• Change of mind or lack of continued use of the product

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund.

To cancel your plan:

• Click Manage plan
• You will be redirected to the Stripe billing portal to complete the cancellation
