REFUND POLICY
Krastie AI is committed to providing a quality experience. If you have a problem with our service, you have the right to request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date. If you suspect you were charged fraudulently, you can request a refund no questions asked. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
Users have the ability to cancel their subscription anytime within the dashboard. You can do so by going to the pricing page inside the app and clicking on "Manage plan". You can also cancel your plan from your account page by clicking "Manage plan". From their you will be redirected to the Stripe billing portal.
