Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products, Krastie AI LLC doesn't offer refunds unless either (1) You find a major bug in our product, or (2) You suspect you didn't authorize the purchase.

If you suspect you were charged in error, please contact info@krastie.ai within 60 days and we will refund you in full. Otherwise, all sales are final.
